Please read these terms carefully before using Coopr Discord Bot.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding Coopr to your Discord server or using any of its commands, features, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Coopr.

These terms apply to all users, server owners, administrators, and members who interact with Coopr in any capacity.

2. Description of Service

Coopr is a Discord bot that provides various features including but not limited to:

  • AI-powered moderation tools
  • Virtual economy and currency systems
  • Casino-style games using virtual currency
  • AI chatbot functionality
  • Mini-games and activity tracking

These services are provided "as is" and may be modified, updated, interrupted, or discontinued at any time without notice.

3. User Eligibility and Conduct

You must be at least 13 years old and comply with Discord's Terms of Service to use Coopr. By using our bot, you warrant that you meet these requirements.

3.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Coopr for:

  • Violating any laws or regulations
  • Harassment, abuse, or harmful behavior toward other users
  • Exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities
  • Attempting to manipulate the economy or game systems
  • Attempting to access, tamper with, or reverse engineer the bot
  • Spreading misinformation or spam through bot commands
  • Using the bot to distribute inappropriate content

3.2 Virtual Economy and Games

Coopr features a virtual economy with games and currency that have no real-world monetary value. Trading, selling, or attempting to exchange virtual currency or items for real-world currency or goods is strictly prohibited.

4. Data Usage and Storage

To provide functionality, Coopr collects and stores certain data including:

  • Discord User IDs
  • Server IDs
  • Command usage
  • Economy and game progress
  • Configuration settings set by server administrators

5. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creator of Coopr and all affiliated parties shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
  • Any damages related to service interruptions, bugs, or errors
  • Actions taken by server administrators using the bot's moderation features
  • Content generated by the bot's AI features

Coopr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

6. Intellectual Property

The Coopr bot, including its code, design, logo, and all related materials, is owned by Cooper (@coopaah) and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of Coopr without prior written consent.

7. Server Configuration and Admin Rights

Server administrators are responsible for configuring Coopr appropriately for their community and monitoring its use. Administrators should ensure the bot is used in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

While Coopr provides moderation tools, server administrators remain ultimately responsible for moderation and content on their servers.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the bot's support server or other reasonable means. Your continued use of Coopr after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to Coopr at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Server administrators may remove Coopr from their servers at any time.
